We can cater your events anytime, anywhere.
Pick up, or we'll bring the party to you in our food truck! Choose your mains, choose your sides, and any extras you may desire. We have a full liquor license for catering so we can do it all!

You have the one and only Palmer's food truck at your event and all other events now seem lame in comparison..
2. Buffet Set Up - Food truck required for larger parties
We set up buffet-style in our handmade wooden boxes and provide full-service catering
Professional, cheery staff, set-up and all equipment for buffet, including catering - quality paper goods, utensils, and condiments.
3.A Glorified Dropoff
We set up the buffet at your event, drop off the food for dinner service, then a server will come back later to make it all disappear.
